Cancellations

  • Booking Cancellations: If you need to cancel your rental booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms of the rental agreement and may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation.
  • Cancellation Fees: In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued for the canceled booking.

Refund Eligibility

1. Unused Rental Period:

If you cancel your booking and have not yet occupied the rental property, you may be eligible for a refund of the rental payment, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

2. Partial Use:

If you cancel your booking after occupying the rental property for a portion of the rental period, refunds may be prorated based on the unused portion of the rental period, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as cleaning fees or service fees, may be non-refundable. These fees will be clearly outlined in the rental agreement.
  • Special Circumstances: In special circumstances, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen events, Falcon Way reserves the right to modify or waive the refund policy as necessary. Housing exceeds your expectations.
